Just call me half pint

So tomorrow I'm going to Sutter's Fort with my family to be a docent for the day. It's for Maddy's home school co-op thing.

I was really excited about this. I mean, I love getting dressed up, and I love history.

And then I remembered how much I don't appreciate home schooled children.

Yes, I can say that since I was home schooled. No, you can't say that.

Then I got less excited when I found out I had to part my hair in the middle.

And now it is probably going to rain.

Oh well, I will make the best of it, and now I'll have many many things to blog about when I get home on Friday.

Yes, it's an over night thing.

Yes, there is only one bathroom.

And yes, it's in Sacramento.

I don't think that I need to remind everyone how Sacramento is one of my least favorite places.

*good attitude*

I mean, this is going to be the best weekend ever. I'm so glad I'm skipping an important class for it! And that I won't be able to get any homework done while I'm there! Golly gee, this will be neat-o.

Oh sarcasm, you are my biggest weakness.

*note to self* do not volunteer for home schooling events ever again.

If you are half pint than you can call me Isaiah Edwards...do you need help learning how to spit? I can help!

Let's sing a quick song to get you ready:

"Old Dan Tucker was a fine old man, washed his face in a frying pan, combed his hair with a wagon wheel, die with a toothache in his heel,
Get out of the way for old Dan Tucker, he's too late to get his supper...."

Here's something to lift your spirits - last night I dreamed I was in some weird house. And you were there! And you had this dish full of nose rings (really pretty ones!) and you were holding them up to my nose. You were dead-set on piercing my nose. I was scared. LOL Thankfully, I woke up before my nose was punctured.
