Grown-ups like numbers. When you tell them about a new friend, they never ask questions about what really matters. They never ask: "What does his voice sound like?" "What games does he like best?" "Does he collect butterflies?". They ask: "How old is he?" "How many brothers does he have?" "How much does he weigh?" "How much money does his father make?" Only then do they think they know him.
-The Little Prince.
I love this book.
The first time I read it was when I was about nine.
My Farfar gave it to me when I was staying with them at their house.
I loved it then. And I love it now.
Everyone else should love it too.

Wow. I keep coming across this book in conversation, reading, or otherwise. I feel like I should read it. I will have to pay my massive library fine first, however.
Hope you feel better!
